Key Responsibilities
  • Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with project teams, including superintendents, foremen, project managers, and engineers, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Resolve field construction problems and attend progress meetings to ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
  • Manage change processes, including identifying and communicating scope changes, preparing and submitting cost and schedule change estimates, and negotiating client change orders.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
  • 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational skills, good time management, professionalism, and ability to work well with others.
  • Certifications/Licenses: OSHA 10, LEAD, PMP (preferred).
