Key Responsibilities
- Lead construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with project teams, including superintendents, foremen, project managers, and engineers, to achieve project goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, design partners, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Resolve field construction problems and attend progress meetings to ensure project schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
- Manage change processes, including identifying and communicating scope changes, preparing and submitting cost and schedule change estimates, and negotiating client change orders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in construction management or a related field.
- 4-year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a similar field.
- Strong organizational skills, good time management, professionalism, and ability to work well with others.
- Certifications/Licenses: OSHA 10, LEAD, PMP (preferred).
