Job Summary:

The Bilingual Outpatient Therapist will work from a recovery framework, providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed care to help individuals reach their recovery goals. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop recovery plans, and implement evidence-based practices to address addictive behaviors and mental health issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide recovery-oriented screenings and comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments for assigned individuals.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices and approaches.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, individual supervision, and group supervision to review progress and ensure comprehensive treatment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that focus on recovery and strengths-based support.
  • Complete assessments, reports, and structured screening tools to ensure quality data and outcome reporting.
  • Maintain and update community resources, provide information, and share with the team.
  • Complete all clinical documentation and other required paperwork according to program guidelines.
  • Participate in required clinical training and supervision sessions.
  • Attend agency meetings, in-service training, and maintain professional and ethical interactions and services.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
  • Master's degree in a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health/substance use field, or full certification as an addiction counselor or co-occurring disorder professional.
  • Valid PA State Criminal, FBI, and Child Abuse clearances.
  • Current ACT 31 (Recognizing and Reporting Child Abuse Certificate).
  • Minimum of two years' experience in providing verifiable paid experience in the mental health field.
  • Understanding of child and family development, ability to navigate collaborative efforts, and cultural sensitivity/trauma-informed approach.
  • Licensure supervision available.
