Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Director to join our team at FPI Management, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, ensuring the highest level of service to residents, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the overall performance of the property, including financials, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
  • Supervise and train a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service and property maintenance.
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily property management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software, including Yardi and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, employees, and vendors.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
