We are seeking a highly skilled Metalwork Installation Specialist to join our team at Metal Recruiters. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing custom ornamental and architectural metal fabrications in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install metal fabrications in accordance with architectural blueprints and shop drawings
  • Operate grinders, band saws, and cold saw equipment to prepare metal components
  • Coordinate with crane operators and other tradespeople to ensure safe and efficient project completion
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, site supers, and clients to ensure project budgets and timelines are met
  • Accurately follow instructions and blueprints to ensure safe and profitable project completion

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in metalwork installation
  • Proficient in TIG and MIG welding in Steel, Aluminum, Stainless, and Bronze
  • Ability to interpret and work from architectural blueprints and shop drawings
  • Comfortable operating heavy equipment and machinery
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
