At Soliant, we're committed to providing exceptional speech therapy services to students in need. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated SLP to join our team as a Comprehensive Speech Therapist.

About the Role

We're seeking a full-time SLP with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy to support students with communication disorders. As a key member of our team, you'll provide direct and indirect services to students, collaborate with educators and parents, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Act as a resource for teachers and parents, offering insights and strategies on speech development and communication techniques.
Requirements
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Active SLP license or in the process of obtaining one.
  • CCC-SLP certification is preferred; CFY candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior experience in schools is a plus but not mandatory.

This full-time role comes with a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
