Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Counselor Supervisor to join our team at BayMark Health Services. As a Counselor Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality treatment services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of counselors and counselor interns to ensure the delivery of evidence-based treatment services.
  • Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support patients in their recovery journey.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and mental health needs of patients.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to counselors and counselor interns to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in a human services field and 2 years of clinical experience, or a bachelors degree in a related field and 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Certification and/or licensure by a state-approved body and 3 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience working with substance abuse populations and a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong documentation and computer skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
