Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of counselors and counselor interns to ensure the delivery of evidence-based treatment services.
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to support patients in their recovery journey.
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and mental health needs of patients.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to counselors and counselor interns to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Masters degree in a human services field and 2 years of clinical experience, or a bachelors degree in a related field and 3 years of clinical experience.
- Certification and/or licensure by a state-approved body and 3 years of clinical experience.
- Experience working with substance abuse populations and a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Strong documentation and computer skills, with the ability to maintain accurate and timely records.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
