Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Danville School District 118. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students in a school-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide speech and language services to students with a range of communication disorders
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students
* Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support student learning
* Assess and evaluate student communication skills
* Develop and implement strategies to support student communication

Requirements

* Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from a regionally accredited institution
* Completion of a preparation program in the field of specialization
* Internship or equivalent experience - 150 hours of supervised, school-based professional experience
* Reports to Building Administrator and Special Education Director

Terms of Employment

* 180-day position with wages, hours, terms, and conditions of employment in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Board of Education and the Danville Education Association
