About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional who can oversee the daily operations of the meat department, supervise a team of Meat Team Members, and ensure excellent customer service. As a Meat Department Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading by example and setting high standards for customer service and teamwork.
  • Supervising and delegating tasks to Meat Team Members to ensure efficient and effective department operations.
  • Maintaining awareness of customer flows and needs, directing team members as necessary to satisfy and delight customers.
  • Selecting, training, developing, mentoring, motivating, and counseling team members to sustain a high-performance team.
  • Communicating and maintaining team member safety and security standards.
Requirements
