We are actively hiring for a Med Surg Supervisor position at our Union, SC location.

Compensation Package

The annual salary for this role is $73,950 to $108,150 per year.

Job Summary

This leadership opportunity is designed for experienced Registered Nurses seeking to develop their skills in patient care supervision and team management. As a Med Surg Supervisor, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing care on our med-surg units, working closely with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards of care to ensure excellence in patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient data and unit statistics.
  • Foster a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork within the unit.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A RN Diploma degree or higher from an accredited school of nursing.
  • An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of South Carolina.
