Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district in Florida. As a Speech Therapist, you will provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders, evaluate and diagnose communication disorders, and develop treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments to address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices and techniques.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
- Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Licensure in the state of Florida is required.
- Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to prioritize tasks and manage a caseload.
