About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our team at Hannaford Supermarkets in Caribou, Maine. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and providing a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and compassion to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently, while providing personalized customer service and counseling.
  • Supervise technicians and ensure the smooth operation of the pharmacy, including vaccine administration and patient care.
  • Process prescriptions and support patients' overall health goals through prescription counseling and education.
  • Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
  • Current license in good standing in the state of Maine.
  • Active immunizing pharmacist certification.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
  • High levels of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending and lifting up to 20lbs.
  • Visual acuity and audio capacity to process prescriptions and serve customers.

Hannaford Supermarkets is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience.
