ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Retail Sales Specialist in our Ann Mashburn location, your primary responsibility will be to exemplify our brand values through your interactions with customers.
You will create an inviting and unforgettable shopping experience by identifying and understanding client needs, proposing thoughtful solutions, nurturing trusted relationships, and ensuring timely follow-ups.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure every customer feels welcomed and valued by exceeding their expectations and delivering an exceptional brand experience.
- Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of products and styling to assist customers of diverse shapes, sizes, and ages.
- Maintain an active client portfolio, regularly contacting clients and providing suitable follow-up.
- Foster meaningful relationships with customers to personalize interactions, cultivate loyalty, and develop brand advocates.
- Consistently meet or surpass individual and store sales targets on a monthly and seasonal basis.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow associates, promoting open communication to guarantee a uniform customer experience and contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere.

- Ensure seamless operations and processes in accordance with brand guidelines.
