Workday Integration Architect

A leading asset management firm is seeking a Workday Integration Architect to join their team in Chicago.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations with third-party vendors and internal systems using Workday integration tools.
  • Create and maintain Workday reports, PRISM solutions, and Extend applications for accounting and finance teams.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, stay current on Workday enhancements and releases, and provide advice on optimal solutions while ensuring security and data integrity.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Workday reporting, PRISM analytics, Workday Web Services, Connectors; knowledge of Studio and Orchestration (preferred), and SQL.
  • Strong understanding of Workday security, including configuring and maintaining ISU users, segmented security, and assessing and mitigating risks associated with integration solutions.
  • Deep knowledge of Workday Financials, covering core financials, banking and settlement, supplier accounts, and expenses.
  • Familiarity with Adaptive Planning is a plus.
  • Workday-Pro certification in Integrations is required. Certifications in reporting, security, and PRISM analytics are highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
