At Stars & Strikes, we are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities, with a focus on floors, restrooms, and guest contact areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are maintained
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. hospitality, facilities management)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role in facilities or cleaning operations
  • Proven track record of improving efficiency and reducing costs
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
