Salary

The hourly wage range for this position is $14.00 to $26.00, with the potential for additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador who will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our customers. As a Cashier & Front End Services associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Cashier duties, including scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items properly, counting cash back, and keeping your area clean
  • Providing exceptional customer service, including smiling, greeting, and thanking customers with a positive attitude
  • Standing for long periods of time while checking out customers quickly and accurately
  • Answering customer questions and helping them with their needs
  • Being available to assist associates across the store as needed
  • Gathering carts from the parking lot and operating equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store
  • Cleaning restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
