Your Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our team, you will:

  • Independently plan, design, and execute civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Analyze data and regulatory frameworks to assess the feasibility of prospective projects.
  • Collaborate with the Office Leader to prepare project scopes and estimate fees.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and establish design and permitting timelines.
  • Lead the preparation and modification of calculations, cost estimates, designs, reports, and specifications.
  • Engage with clients and regulatory bodies to facilitate the approval of necessary permits and plans.
  • Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
  • Conduct project close-out activities and facilitate team debriefings.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration or the ability to obtain licensure.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
  • Experience in wastewater and water treatment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure design and permitting.
  • Management experience encompassing budgeting, scheduling, client relations, and team oversight.
