Burlington, a rapidly growing retail brand, seeks a dynamic Retail Stocking Team Lead to join our Falls Church team. As a key member of our Back of House/Receiving team, you will play a vital role in leading Receiving Associates and supporting our team members to achieve exceptional results.

Our ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our Retail Stocking Team Supervisor to drive associate compliance with company policies and standards. Your excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, will be essential in this role.

As a Retail Stocking Team Lead, you will be responsible for coordinating meal and break periods, monitoring schedule adherence, and providing coaching and recognition to associates. You will also be expected to model company-approved Back of House Standards and maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area, and sales floor.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Model company-approved Back of House Standards and lead by example
  • Maintain a neat and orderly stock, receiving area, and sales floor

**Requirements:**

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire associates

  • Ability to move, handle, and lift store merchandise weighing 40lbs or more

**Estimated Salary:** $14.50 per hour, based on the market rate for a part-time Retail Stocking Team Lead in the Falls Church area. This estimate may vary depending on individual qualifications, experience, and performance.
