About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at PAM Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories LLC. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of blood collection procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques
- Process and prepare blood samples for laboratory testing
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and specimen collection
- Provide excellent customer service and communication with patients and healthcare professionals
- Work collaboratively with laboratory staff to ensure smooth operation of the laboratory
Requirements:
- Valid Phlebotomy License or certification
- Previous experience in a medical laboratory setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as needed
