Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Heart Failure Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our cardiovascular care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and managing decompensated heart failure in the outpatient clinic setting.
Responsibilities- Establish goals of care and develop treatment plans for patients with heart failure
- Collaborate with healthcare team members, including social work, cardiac rehab staff, and palliative care team
- Manage decompensated heart failure and refer to the ED when necessary
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Masters of Science in Nursing
- Post Bachelor's Nurse Practitioner Program
- Successful completion of a Certified Nurse Practitioner Exam through an accredited organization
- Licensed in the state of WA as an ARNP by the time of employment
- DEA, NPI & prescriptive authority
- Current BLS and ACLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association
- ARNP Experience in a Heart Failure Program or two (2) years of experience in a cardiovascular setting

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $118, $160,495.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
