Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team on a travel assignment. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media. You will work under your scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture. You will also coordinate patient flow and the activities of the Radiology Department.

Responsibilities:
• Independently performs diagnostic radiographic procedures utilizing proper techniques and administration of contrast media.
• Works under their scope of practice and in accordance with certificate/licensure in the administration of medications, operation of equipment, and venipuncture.
• Coordinates patient flow and the activities of the Radiology Department.
• Exercises professional judgment in performing duties to maintain equipment in good working condition.

Requirements:
• Associate degree in Allied Health with an area of study or major: Radiologic Technology.
• BLS is required through AHA and, ARRT, ODH certification.
• Must have OR experience.
• Will be fitted for N95 before working on the HRRU unit unless PAPR is offered/needed.
• Travel experience preferred.
