Nurse Manager

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing high-quality care and services to our residents. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in leading our care team and ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Oversee the coordination of resident health and wellness needs, including medication management and assessments.
- Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members, and manage their performance and engagement.
- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance, and promote the highest degree of quality care and service.
- Collaborate with the care team to identify on-going needs and services of residents through the assessment and Individualized Service Plan (ISP) process.
- Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Two years RN experience, including at least one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.
- Minimum of one year nurse management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
- Knowledge of applied nursing practices, techniques, and methods in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.
