Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily reconciliations between various financial data sources to ensure accuracy.
  • Verify confirmations and acknowledgments to confirm successful processing of funding files.
  • Analyze data received from multiple payment platforms and generate summary-level reconciliation reports.
  • Examine submissions, funding, and all relevant balancing points to prepare cash transfer data.
  • Ensure that all cash inflows and outflows are accurately reconciled for reporting purposes.
  • Manage pending funding inventory to facilitate timely releases.
  • Conduct monthly reconciliations to align with client accounts.
  • Confirm and reconcile all cash postings in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the reconciliation of available funds by fiduciary and operating categories.
  • Ensure real-time positioning of funds to maintain liquidity.
  • Conduct trend analysis on account activities to assess appropriateness.
  • Calculate and report revenue to the Corporate Treasury on a standardized basis.
  • Monitor and optimize reconciliation processes for efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
