  • Cleanliness and Grounds Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness of buildings, common areas, and grounds to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our residents.
  • Supervision: Supervise the work performed by contractor or maintenance employees to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in an on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for maintenance-related issues.

Requirements:

  • Hands-On Experience: Previous experience in building maintenance or construction is preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to organize work and complete tasks in a timely manner.
