About the Role

We are seeking talented customer service leaders who are open to a mobile career path and ready to build their skillset as a business manager through our Operations Management Trainee program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving customers with trailer rental needs, determining equipment requirements, and explaining rental options.
  • Inspecting trailers for damage or equipment problems using a hand-held device.
  • Managing customer accounts, including credit and collections, and verifying insurance coverage.
  • Assigning repair work to vendors and lease trailer mechanics.
  • Using technology to perform inventories, manage equipment, and other operational tasks.
  • Completing training assignments to prepare for the next role as an Operations Manager, in charge of customer service and employee supervision at a rental branch.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Willingness to relocate upon promotion into an Operations Manager role within the first 1-3 years of employment.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
