The Team Lead position at US Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is a critical role that requires strong leadership and communication skills. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading an assigned production team and ensuring the successful execution of daily production goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direction and delegate assignments to team members to meet production requirements.
- Monitor machines, daily production, and work-in-progress to identify and communicate any issues or problems that affect productivity.
- Anticipate and address potential problems to prevent delays or quality issues.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repair of machine issues.
- Conduct audits and layered process audits of machines and processes as requested or scheduled.
- Ensure all forms and documents are completed correctly and on time.
- Maintain safety practices and monitor employees to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Deliver shift-to-shift handoff with incoming supervisors and team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 12 months of related experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, math skills, and ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Knowledge of 5S, equipment, processes, and basic troubleshooting skills.
