Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team at ICONMA, LLC. As a Phlebotomist II, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the accuracy and quality of blood samples.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draw quality blood samples from patients and prepare specimens for lab testing
  • Provide excellent patient care and create a positive experience for patients
  • Follow established practices and procedures to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a safe and professional atmosphere
  • Perform verification of patient demographic information and initials
  • Maintain required records and documentation
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
  • 3 years of phlebotomy experience required
  • Customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
  • Keyboard/data entry experience required
