KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring timely follow-ups as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, precise, and courteous customer support, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, claims, and billing inquiries.
- Encourage enduring and productive customer interactions.
- Provide coverage for the office during peak times when primary staff members are unavailable.
- Availability to work during standard business hours is essential.
