InGenesis is seeking a Financial Clearance Associate to work with our client. This role involves facilitating access to care and the financial clearance process for patients across a continuum of care served by one or more designated centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify eligibility, benefits, pre-authorization requirements, available payment options, financial counseling, and other identified financial clearance-related duties.
  • Collaborate with internal or external sources to financially clear patients for care.
  • Escalate financial clearance issues to the supervisor or coordinator for resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or related field. With preferred degree, one year of experience.
