Job Title: Direct Care Staff NORWICH

At Change Incorporated, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Staff to join our team in NORWICH. As a Direct Care Staff, you will play a vital role in providing supportive services to individuals in a home and community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Converse with individuals and provide support, companionship, and resources for daily living.
  • Establish and maintain a helpful and supportive relationship with participants through effective communication.
  • Teach and assist individuals to accomplish recovery plan goals.
  • Communicate daily progress reports to immediate supervisors and other agency representatives.
  • Accompany clients to medical/health appointments or social activities as outlined in recovery plans.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in the healthcare field providing direct care or strong customer service.
  • Responsible and dependable staff with a passion for helping others.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance.
