- Medication Room Management: Adhere to all medication room systems, ensuring accurate storage, labeling, and dispensing of medications.
- Communication and Documentation: Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals, documenting pertinent information in resident charts and other records.
- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise Resident Assistants, ensuring daily completion of duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Emergency Response: Adhere to emergency protocols, including performing CPR and administering first aid as necessary.
- Education and Certification: Meet state or provincial health-related requirements, maintaining current professional license and CPR certification if LPN/LVN.
- Communication Skills: Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
