Job Title: Associate Director/Director, Medical Affairs Operations

At Nurix Therapeutics, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Associate Director/Director, Medical Affairs Operations to join our team. This role will play a critical part in managing systems implementation, project management, and execution of key projects across our pipeline and therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans on key Medical Affairs initiatives, including identification of project tasks, milestones, assignment of work responsibilities, resources, budget, and status reports.
  • Manage department team meetings, including agenda development, action items identification, and follow-up.
  • Oversee timelines and project management across Medical Affairs functions, including KOL Engagement Plan, Congress Plan, internal Training Plan.
  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs leadership on the development of long-range budget and proactively monitor spend to ensure that budgets are managed to target.
  • Oversee development, review, and repository of scientific exchange content.
  • Support the build out of the medical affairs infrastructure and processes, researching resources and outlining scope of options for leadership considerations.
  • Oversee execution and tracking of all consultant and external vendor contracts.
  • Support planning of onsite and offsite meetings for internal and external stakeholders, including departmental Medical Affairs meetings, congress-based engagements, advisory boards.
  • Support field medical CRM implementation and analytics.
  • Maintain Medical Affairs dashboard and support preparation of presentations at Executive Management Team (EMT) meetings and quarterly Business Reviews.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in project management in biopharma Medical Affairs, sales, marketing, clinical operations, and/or other relevant operational experience.
  • Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical product development, product lifecycle, and commercialization process.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and team player with effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Proven record of solving problems coupled with exhibiting good judgement regarding relevant issues.
  • Resourceful with the ability to effectively manage multiple workstreams and projects.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with a variety of internal/external stakeholders and across senior management.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, both domestically and internationally.
