Job Summary

As a Senior Construction Estimator at Crescent Tree Staffing Solutions, you will lead the general construction cost estimating team and be responsible for assembling and rolling up cost estimates for various projects. You will also assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff and be an integral part of the Construction Management practice area.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and roll-up cost estimates to include all trades on a project
Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff within the Estimating Team
Be an integral part of the Construction Management practice area and assist with the future strategic growth of the Estimating Team

Requirements

Associate's Degree in Construction Technology/Management, Engineering, or Architecture preferred
6-14 years of experience in General Construction Cost Estimating with multidiscipline buildings and infrastructure projects
Proficiency and significant experience with General Construction Cost Estimating at the concept level through detailed bid level estimates
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Leadership abilities
