Nacogdoches Caregiver Team Lead

Right at Home is committed to providing exceptional home care services to our clients. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Team Lead to join our team in Nacogdoches, Texas.
Job Summary:
This is a dynamic leadership role that requires a strong understanding of home care services and the ability to work collaboratively with our Case Managers and Corporate Services Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising caregivers, managing client care, and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Coordinate Caregivers: Directly supervise and coordinate the work of caregivers, ensuring that they are adequately trained and equipped to provide high-quality care to our clients.
- Client Care Management: Manage client care plans, ensuring that each client receives the highest level of care and attention.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our caregivers are meeting the required standards of care.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and Case Managers to ensure seamless coordination of care.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to caregivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Education: High school graduate or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a CNA or caregiver.
- Certifications: Certified Nurse's Aide certification is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
This role will require working in various client locations, with occasional on-location events. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
Benefits:
