About the Job:

The Hillman Group is seeking a skilled Logistics Inventory Coordinator to join their team. As a Logistics Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing logistics operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including inventory management, shipping, and receiving.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management processes through regular reporting and verification.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory reporting and processing.
  • Work closely with Operations to determine root causes of inventory discrepancies and implement permanent corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Two years of related experience or one year of experience plus production and inventory control courses are preferred.
  • Excellent analytical skills, knowledge of Microsoft Windows Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and good communication skills are necessary.
  • Able to lift up to 35lbs regularly and occasionally lift 35 to 45lbs.
