Job Summary

The Insight Global team is seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Document Review Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Document Review team, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing various documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with custodial agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and certify documents by cross-referencing checklists for specific accounts
  • Manage file processing and collaborate with internal clients to identify and resolve issues
  • Collaborate with the team lead to undergo training and eventually review 30 files per day, spending approximately 10-15 minutes per file
  • Participate in project-based assignments, requiring cross-training and adaptability

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a confident and proactive attitude
  • One to three years of experience in an office environment, preferably in a finance or administrative role
  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience in using advanced features such as V-lookups and Pivot Tables
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to ask questions and seek guidance when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field, such as finance or business administration
  • Experience in the mortgage industry or a related field
  • Specialization in document review or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data analysis
  • Customer service background and experience working with clients

Compensation and Benefits

This is an 18-24 month contract position, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. The compensation is $17 per hour, with a $500 bonus after the third month.
