  • Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design and develop reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical and operational staff, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance clinical quality and patient safety.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Certification: CPHQ certification preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate level of Excel, DAX, Power BI, SQL, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Experience: Two or more years of experience in quality and patient safety related clinical audits and data abstraction preferred.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Work Environment: This position is fully onsite.
