Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Data Management: Develop and implement quality data management processes to ensure accurate and reliable clinical data.
- Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in clinical quality and patient safety.
- Reporting and Dashboard Development: Design and develop reports and dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical and operational staff, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance clinical quality and patient safety.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- Certification: CPHQ certification preferred.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate level of Excel, DAX, Power BI, SQL, Word, and PowerPoint required.
- Experience: Two or more years of experience in quality and patient safety related clinical audits and data abstraction preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Working Conditions:
- Work Environment: This position is fully onsite.
