Job Title: Admissions Assistant

Plano Community Homes is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team at our East Campus location.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our Admissions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the Admissions department, including responding to inquiries, processing applications, and providing excellent customer service to our residents and applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to applicants and residents regarding our community and services.
  • Process applications and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our residents and applicants, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assist with the coordination of tours and showings of our apartments.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college or related work experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other physical demands of the job.
What We Offer:
