Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms and medication administration
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements
  • One year of hospital or cardiac experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing
  • BLS Healthcare Provider certification
