Become a vital member of our group of five exceptional ophthalmologists.

Position Overview

  • Full-time role
    • Flexible 4 or 5-day work schedule available
    • Options for 0.8 FTE or 1.0 FTE positions
  • On-call responsibilities are 1:5 (typically one weekend and one Monday-Thursday block every five weeks)
  • Consultations at two hospitals with a robust hospitalist program
  • Utilization of Epic Electronic Medical Record system
  • Clinic Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, with potential for flexible scheduling
  • One surgical day per week once practice is established

  • Compensation: Initial salary guarantee based on MGMA/AMGA median, transitioning to RVU production in the second year. Salary range for this position is between $443,667 and $479,639, with starting placement based on training, experience, and certifications.
  • Time off: Up to 11 weeks (for full-time, five-day production work week after the first year, non-immigration status)
  • Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14
  • Relocation expenses covered, including packing: up to $20,000

Candidate Qualifications

  • Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologist, general practice with fellowships welcomed; interest in specific subspecialties is a plus
  • Ability to secure an active medical license

  • Proficient in thorough documentation and maintenance of comprehensive patient records
