We are seeking a motivated individual with a track record of developing multi-tactical partner marketing plans, coordinating with sales leads and partner marketing teams, and working closely with the marketing team to meet customer and new target account acquisition targets. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of the B2B industry, market research, and data analysis to support current and developing hypothesis related to target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities and develop effective solutions* Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions* Provide sales enablement support to the Enterprise Sales team, including training and coaching on product features and benefits* Document department processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, English, or a related field, or equivalent work experience* Proficiency in MarTech stack technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, WordPress, and Sitefinity* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations* Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams* Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, with stakeholders at all levels* Experience in writing and creating engaging content, including blog posts, social media, and marketing materials* Strong knowledge of the B2B industry, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
