Ciena Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by assisting with food preparation, presentation, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

* Handle and store food according to facility procedures and safe food handling guidelines.
* Assist with food preparation as assigned by supervisor.
* Prepare food items according to standardized recipes, ensuring safe food handling practices.
* Assist with the set-up of the food tray line.
* Assemble diet trays and deliver tray carts to dining areas or to units.
* Clean dishes, utensils, and equipment according to facility procedures.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
* One year of experience as a food service aide in an institutional food service setting preferred.
