Status:
Hourly, Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate:
$30

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – include but are not limited to:

• Hold a valid CDL A driver's license with necessary Tank and HazMat endorsements.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging with clients daily.

• Exhibit a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to contributing to the growth of our operations.

• Safely load, secure, transport, and unload fuel products to designated locations.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures consistently.


• Complete required daily and monthly documentation to ensure compliance with company standards and asset protection.

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, with exposure to fuel vapors and other elements.

• Follow all DOT and HazMat regulations, as well as Mirabito safety protocols without exception.


• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards, ensuring zero preventable incidents.

• Keep accurate safety and compliance records at all times.

• Successfully complete a pre-functional evaluation and a pre-employment drug screening.


• Be capable of handling equipment and materials exceeding 300 pounds, utilizing appropriate mechanical aids or teamwork.


ADDITIONAL DUTIES – include but are not limited to:

• Transport fuel products to our customer base efficiently.

• Follow the designated route and schedule provided by the Dispatcher each day.

• Load, unload, inspect, and operate the delivery vehicle in accordance with company standards.


• Engage with customers to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

• Inform clients about new products and services.

• Complete logs and reports as per company standards and procedures.

• Participate in necessary training sessions and safety meetings.

• Maintain a reliable attendance record with minimal absenteeism or tardiness.

• Attend job-related training and informational sessions as required.

• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS – include but are not limited to:

• CTEP qualifications are required; if not currently certified, must obtain within one year of employment and maintain certification.

• Previous driving experience is preferred.

• Experience handling HazMat materials is preferred.
