Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare meals and culinary items according to specifications in a timely manner
  • Accurately measure kitchen ingredients and food portions

  • Utilize kitchen tools and equipment such as grills, ovens, steamers, and warmers in food preparation
  • Oversee kitchen inventory and guarantee that supplies are fresh and of superior quality
  • Maintain appropriate food temperatures during cooking and proper storage thereafter
  • Keep the workstation and kitchen equipment clean, organized, and sanitized
  • Take responsibility for kitchen opening, closing, and other tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef

  • Experience in a high-volume catering setting is preferred
