About the Role:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in our healthcare team, coordinating and providing nursing care for residents and supervising and guiding clinical staff members. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse to take their career to the next level and make a lasting impact on the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized care plans for residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
- Supervise and direct junior staff members, promoting a culture of excellence.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care.

Requirements:
