Position Summary:

A well-established firm specializing in Structural Engineering and Architecture is seeking to expand its team by hiring a Senior Architectural Project Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage collaboratively with structural engineering teams and external project stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are fulfilled.
  • Develop comprehensive construction document sets for various projects.
  • Oversee projects from the documentation phase through to construction administration.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis on building codes and compliance requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment.
  • Provide mentorship to junior team members as necessary.
  • Participate in site visits as required to monitor project progress.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in traditional architectural practices is essential.
  • Professional licensure is advantageous.
  • Experience with parking structures is preferred; experience in commercial, industrial, or utility projects is also relevant.
  • Proficiency in producing complete construction document sets is required.
  • Expertise in Revit, Microsoft Office Suite, and AutoCAD is necessary; familiarity with InDesign and other rendering software is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of building codes is essential.
