We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our team at Plaistow Kingston Animal Medical Center.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in surgery and provide top-notch patient care
- Room patients, place IV catheters, draw blood, and run bloodwork with confidence
- Properly handle and restrain animals with care and precision
- Work effectively with x-ray and positioning equipment
- Provide excellent client education and support
- Dispense and administer medication as prescribed by the veterinarian
- Maintain a positive and supportive team environment
- Current licensure in the state of New Hampshire
- 3+ years of prior veterinary experience
- Knowledge of industry tools and equipment
- Ability to lift over 50 pounds
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
