About the Role

The ideal candidate for this position possesses a unique blend of technical expertise, strategic vision, and leadership skills. This individual serves as a bridge between the realms of data science and artificial intelligence, driving innovation and maximizing the potential of data-driven technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Data & AI engagement with clients, addressing their concerns and needs.
  • Manage large strategic accounts worth $10M+ on growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to develop strategic solutions and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with the ever-evolving business and technology landscape.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of HCLTech's products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients.
Key Accountabilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and requests and address their needs.
  • Ensure accounts receive services within their budget and meet their needs.
  • Meet regularly with team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly.
  • Manage organizational deliverables using industry-standard methods.
Requirements
  • Proven specialization and expertise in Data & AI.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Crafted Statements of Work, Proposals, Master Services Agreements, Service Level Objectives, etc.
  • Managed revenue of assigned clients, including managing profit and loss of assigned accounts.
  • Engaged global practice and solution teams to win high-value contracts.
  • Acted as a trusted advisor to clients.

  • Orchestrates activities between HCLTech and clients at various levels – executives to technologists.
  • Finds opportunities to engage clients in a structured way by building winning proposals.
  • Proactively creates initiatives to share thought leadership.
  • Demonstrated leadership by engaging the organization to deliver industry-differentiating solutions.
  • Plans for resources with the right skills and knowledge for effective engagement on accounts.
  • Manages assigned human resources by leveraging the hire-to-retire process.

  • Requires travel to client sites.
