This role involves delivering direct patient care, leading and supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans
- Perform various nursing procedures, including wound care and patient ambulation
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly
- Lead and supervise nursing personnel to provide team-based patient care
- Act as a resource for patients and families, providing education and support
- Attend meetings, conferences, and staff trainings as necessary
- Current license to practice as a LPN in the State of Colorado
- At least 2 years of experience as a LPN
- Knowledge of nursing and medical practices, procedures, and protocols
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with other medical and nursing staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
This position offers competitive compensation of $29.5 to $37.37 per hour, paid bi-weekly, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, prescription, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), paid time off, and more.
