Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager - Supply Chain Expert to join our Purchasing team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the Purchasing function and ensuring seamless supply chain management. Job Description


The Procurement Manager - Supply Chain Expert will be responsible for the administration of Purchasing and Shipping & Receiving operations. This includes purchasing requested items on a cost-effective, quality, and timely basis, ensuring the justification and approval of all requisitions submitted by other company departments, and obtaining the best price, quality, and service for the products and supplies purchased.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Purchasing Operations
  • Purchase requested items on a cost-effective, quality, and timely basis.
  • Ensure the justification and approval of all requisitions submitted by other company departments.
  • Obtain the best price, quality, and service for the products and supplies purchased.
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Negotiate and purchase all basic supplies required for daily operations, including the purchasing of maintenance, building materials, housekeeping supplies and equipment, and gaming products.
  • Assist Food & Beverage with large-volume purchases.
  • Inventory Control
  • In conjunction with Inventory Control, ensure all inventories, including Food & Beverage, are well maintained and accurate.
  • Team Management
  • Responsible for the staffing, training, and scheduling of Team Members.
  • Responsible for preparing evaluations and disciplinary actions when required.
  • Compliance and Ethics
  • Ensure compliance with company-wide and Purchasing Department policies and procedures.
  • Protect the confidentiality of company business information.
  • Enforce ethical practices in all dealings with company suppliers; monitor subordinates and companies that pursue improper practices.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift a moderate weight.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

What We Offer


As a Procurement Manager - Supply Chain Expert at Schulte, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. About the Location
