Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg

Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med Surg team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct clinical patient care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, safe, and appropriate care.
  • Collaborate with the Charge Nurse and other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and efficient unit operations.
  • Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure that patient needs are met and that care is delivered in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Med Surg environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds, with frequent standing, walking, and bending.
